Introduction This Privacy Policy explains how Kaia Investment Partners ("KIP," "we," "us") handles personal data collected through kaiaip.com (the "Site"). It applies to the Site only. Identity verification (KYC) and onboarding, where required for a product, are carried out separately at the tokenization step and are governed by separate terms; they are not covered by this policy. ## 2.
